Friendly Fires to Share Kiss of Life, DVD & Expanded Debut

Posted by anthoNYC on July 10, 2009

Friendly Fires sent out an email today with a bit of exciting news. This Monday a brand new track titled Kiss of Life will be premiered at 7PM on Radio 1 with Zane Lowe. A brand new Chris Cottam-directed video shot in Ibiza will accompany the new single which the band described as “a colourful carnival extravaganza that makes Dario G look like Johnny Cash.” The video will premiere in the UK on Channel 4 at 12:15AM on July 23rd.

The band’s self-titled debut album will also be re-released in an expanded form including a live DVD, remixes, and brand new tracks: Kiss of Life, Relationships and Bored of Each Other!!  If you are in St Albans celebrate with the band on September 3rd at the Alban Arena followed by a possible after party at the Horn Pub!
