Tim Burton Exhibition at The MoMA!
Posted by anthoNYC on June 12, 2009
I was so excited to hear the news of a brand new exhibition dedicated to the visual genius and cultural icon that is Tim Burton, and so thankful to have an outlet (TLC) onto which to project! The exhibition will be open just in time for the holidays from November 22, 2009–April 26, 2010 at New York’s world famous Museum of Modern Art! Read an excerpt from MoMA below and click HERE for more info and a preview!
“Following the current of his visual imagination from his earliest childhood drawing through his mature work, the exhibition presents artwork generated during the conception and production of his films, and highlights a number of unrealized projects and never-before-seen pieces, as well as student art, his earliest non-professional films, and examples of his work as a storyteller and graphic artist for non-film projects.”
